- When you fill out the "Book a Free Consultation" form: your name, phone number, email, trading experience level, preferred contact time, and goals.
- When you create a student account: your name, email, and phone number, plus either a securely hashed password or, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information (name, email) shared by Google.
- When you enroll in a program: the program you selected and the amount due, so we can match your payment confirmation to your enrollment.
We also automatically receive standard technical information (such as browser type and general usage) when you visit the site, the same way most websites do.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your consultation request and answer your questions.
- Create and manage your student account and program enrollments.
- Confirm your enrollment once a payment has been verified.
- Communicate with you about your account, programs, or support requests.
- Improve our website and programs.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Payments
We do not use a payment gateway and we do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI app credentials. Payment happens directly between you and your own UPI app/bank when you scan our QR code or pay to our published UPI ID. You then let us know a payment was made (for example, via WhatsApp), and our team manually verifies and confirms it against your enrollment.
4. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your student or admin account. This cookie is required for the site to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes in the future, we will update this policy.
5. Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (they are never stored in plain text, and even we cannot read them). Where Google sign-in is used, your password is managed entirely by Google and never shared with us. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. To do so, contact us using the details below.
7. Children's Privacy
Our programs and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
